To ensure a smooth and professional experience at Day One Atelier, please review the key terms for all Scalp Micropigmentation bookings:

Booking & Deposits

A 10% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your preferred treatment dates. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any SMP appointment. Late changes will incur a $150 cancellation fee.

Payment Structure

50% of your treatment cost is due at your first SMP session.

The remaining 50% is due at your second session.

Review & Follow-Up

Two weeks’ notice is required to reschedule your one-month review.

Review sessions must occur within 8 weeks of your last session, otherwise they may be charged as a maintenance appointment ($450/hr).

Refund Policy

As SMP is a cosmetic tattooing procedure and considered an artistic service, no refunds are offered for any completed treatments.
