Submissions:
All artists, other than James Cooper, operate independently from Day One Atelier. While they use the same location for their work, you are engaging a separate business to perform your service. James Cooper and Day One Atelier assume no liability in relation to this arrangement.
Quotes:
All quotes are subject to change based on the final design, size, and placement and are valid for 14 days. Please note that all Saturday appointments will incur a surcharge of 10%.
Deposits:
Deposits are:$100 - $200 pp per appointment and are required to secure a booking. This must be paid within 24 hours of invoicing otherwise the appointment time may be rebooked. Remaining amount is to be paid at your appointment. Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances and are non transferable to another person.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice so we can offer the time slot to another client.
Each client is allowed one reschedule, which must be rebooked within 3 months of the original appointment date. Further reschedules or failure to rebook within this timeframe will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
All cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted via email only.
If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment for any reason—including illness—you agree to forfeit your deposit.
Late Arrivals / No shows:
No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours) will result in the forfeit of your deposit. No-shows will not be accepted for future bookings.
Please plan ahead and aim to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment. We understand unforeseen delays can happen—if you're running late, please contact us immediately.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled and your deposit forfeited, in line with our one-time reschedule policy.
Changes to designs:
Please expect your design will be sent the night prior to your appointment by Text message. This is when you can discuss and alter your design as we won't have time to make changes on the day of your appointment.
No less than 7 days notice is required for complete/major design changes and appointments may need to be rescheduled depending on time scheduled.
Changes and alterations requested during your appointment may result in your appointment needing to be rebooked and forfeiting your deposit.
